Georgia’s new “Super Speeder” Law (HB160) went into effect on January 1, 2010. With the stated purpose of making Georgia’s roads safer by cracking down on aggressive speeding and unsafe drivers. The new law defines a “super speeder” as anyone driving 75 miles per hour or faster on any two lane road or driving 85 or faster on any road in Georgia. Read the rest of this entry »
